All orders are processed within 1 to 5 working days after your order is placed.

During this time, our system confirms product availability, prepares your order, and schedules it for dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 1 to 9 working days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Estimated total delivery timeframe: 1 to 14 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location
  • Remote or outlying areas may require additional time

Customers may select a preferred delivery date at checkout.

However:

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed
  • Final delivery scheduling will be confirmed after payment clearance

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • You will receive a notification confirming dispatch
  • Delivery updates will be provided as your order progresses
  • Driver details may be shared on the day of delivery where applicable
  • Deliveries are completed on working days only (Monday to Friday)
  • We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays
  • Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
