At Woodland Furnishings, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or special-order items

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at sales@woodlandfurnishings.co.za
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Returns must be approved before sending any item back.

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1 to 7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original delivery fees are non-refundable

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
